Tips for Staying Fit in College

  1. Drink Water. Although it seems like common knowledge, many people do not drink enough water than they should be. I try to drink at least 1 gallon of water per day.
  2. Eat Smart- have a healthy mix of protein, fruits, vegetables, grains, and fats.
  3. Exercise regularly- go to the gym at least three times a week. Do a mixture of both cardio and weightlifting.
  4. Run- go on runs to the monuments. Its a good workout and it is a scenic route.
